Shipping Policy
At the moment all orders are preorders until advised otherwise. Once orders are ready to ship, you will be notified with tracking information the moment it is shipped if the shipping method selected offers tracking. If you live in the continental US, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your products from the date of shipment. If your goods are shipped with free shipping, the shipping method used will be at the discretion of Space.


Refund policy
For non-food items, we have a 30-day return policy for non-opened products purchased from us, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and proof of delivery, and we are not responsible for packages that were not received or misplaced by carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from Space directly and must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags or boxes, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Please email and get approval from Space. Once approved, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If your return was not accepted, it will be held with us until you provide a shipping label or funds to ship it back to you.


If you want to cancel an order, please reach out to us prior to us shipping the order. If the order already ships, you will not be able to get refunded until we get the order back.
