Step 1. Select your user profile

Each safe supports up to 4 users. Tap your profile to log in.

With multiple profiles, each user has their own access, PIN and fingerprints, with all activity tracked per user.

Step 2. Enter your PIN

After selecting your profile, enter your secure PIN on the keypad, or use your fingerprint on the fingerprint sensor.

Unlike traditional safes with physical buttons, the touchscreen interface makes it harder for an intruder to predict or memorize access patterns.

Step 3. Forgot your PIN? No problem, easily recover it

During initial safe setup, you had the option to set up PIN recovery. Here's how to access it.

By answering a few personal questions now, you can securely regain access without compromising your safe.

Step 4. How temporary PIN access works

In the Users section of the mobile app, tap the + icon to add a temporary guest.

After receiving the one-time PIN, the guest must select the invited user’s profile, tap the "Temporary PIN access" button, and enter their temporary PIN to gain access, all without sharing your personal PIN.

Step 5. Accessing Activity Log and Settings

On the homescreen, select Activity Log or Settings to easily review access history, or change your preferences and security options.
